St Martin to St Barths
Voyager high-speed ferry departs St Martin from Marigot to make getting to St Barths even easier. Just present your e-ticket to the Voyager staff at the jetty, and they will provide you with your Boarding Pass. Check-in starts 1 hour before the scheduled departure time, with the last check-in up to 20 minutes before actual departure. The friendly Voyager crew is then there to welcome you onboard, providing unparalleled personal service while always ensuring your comfort and safety.
Once onboard, ECO Flex (Economy class) passengers have the choice of 2 outside decks, offering sun or shade, where you'll get unprecedented coastal views and, in season, a chance to do a little whale watching! There’s a bar on the main deck in an air-conditioned cabin, where the friendly Voyager crew are ready to serve you complimentary refreshments. The newly introduced SMART Class offers the same levels of comfort as Eco Flex but also includes priority desembarking and partially-refundable fares and free Wi-Fi.
And for anyone looking to travel in style, Voyager3 Dreamliner, the latest addition to the fleet – also boasts a fully air-conditioned BUSINESS Class lounge, with large reclining seats, panoramic views, audio/video system, priority disembarkation and free Wi-Fi on board.
Depending on the weather, passengers travelling from Marigot to St Barths may get a bonus tour around St Martin, passing the beaches of the Baie Rouge, Plum Bay and Long Bay on the French side of the island. The journey continues along the southern coast, passing Lowlands, Cupecoy and Mullet Bay and eventually Simpson Bay and Great Bay, before heading away from St Maarten and across the Caribbean Sea to St Barths. Alternatively, your route could take you along St Martin's northern and eastern coastlines, taking in Friar's Bay, Grand Case, Anse Marcel and Tintamarre Island before passing by Orient Bay and on to St Barths.

Check-in procedure
Passengers travelling to/from St Barths can check-in up to 1 hour before departure, with the recommended check-in time at least 30 minutes before departure. Just present your StMartinbookings e-ticket to the Voyager staff at their harbour office, and they will provide you with your Boarding Pass. Please note that the latest possible check-in is 20 minutes before departure.
Luggage allowance
HAND LUGGAGE: All passengers are permitted 1-2 pieces of carry-on/hand luggage bags inside the cabin.
CHECKED LUGGAGE - The amount of checked luggage you are allowed to carry depends on the cabin/class:
- ECO Flex passengers are permitted 2 pieces of checked luggage free of charge
- SMART Class passengers are permitted 3 pieces of checked luggage free of charge
- BUSINESS Class passengers are permitted 4 pieces of checked luggage free of charge
- Baggage weight should not exceed 25kg with maximum dimensions of (100cm x 80cm x 50cm)
- Any luggage weighing more than 25kg, or exceeding maximum dimensions may be subject to an excess luggage fee
- Passengers are responsible for carrying their own luggage on-board. Voyager and StMartinbookings.com assume no responsibility in the event of theft or damage
For your safety and security, certain items are strictly prohibited to be carried on-board, such as:
- Firearms, fireworks, firecrackers, signal flares, cap or toy guns, fire-lighters, tear gas, etc.
- Products that are subject to regulation or prohibited items
- Fresh or frozen foods

Changes
DATE/TIME CHANGES

For ECO Flex: For any DATE and/or TIMING changes to bookings with VOYAGER FERRY, made before departure, a fee of EUR 9 per person, per ticket, will be payable directly to VOYAGER FERRY at the time of making the change.
Should the new date/time not be known, tickets can be changed to OPEN DATED - valid for travel within 12 months of the original departure date - for a fee of EUR 29 per person, per ticket. -
For SMART Class and BUSINESS Class: DATE and/or TIMING changes to bookings with VOYAGER FERRY, made before departure, are possible free of charge.
Should the new date/time not be known, tickets can be changed to OPEN DATED - valid for travel within 12 months of the original departure date - for a fee of EUR 20 per person, per ticket.
Since the fee is payable directly to Voyager Ferry, you must contact them for changes to your reservation; StMartinbookings.com will not be able to assit you with amending your Voyager Ferry booking. Contact details are on your e-ticket(s).
NAME CHANGES:

IMPORTANT: Voyager has a very strict cancellation policy, which they adhere to even if cancellation is due a medical/family emergency, or as a result of cancelled airline/accommodation reservations.
Pets
Your four-legged friends are welcome on-board after agreement by Voyager, with the exception of any dangerous breeds. It is the owners’ responsibility to ensure their pet has all necessary vaccinations and documentation to enter St Barths or St Martin. On-board, the crew may impose certain restrictions on your pet (e.g. leash or muzzle) for the comfort and safety of other passengers.
